We are seeking a Sales Mentor to guide one of our pre-seed portfolio startup companies. This is an opportunity to join a collective startup ecosystem and help nurture a promising venture.
Our portfolio startup is revolutionizing how people plan and book adventure travel. Their platform is designed to move beyond generic travel booking by creating a seamless, personalized experience for travelers seeking unique, off-the-beaten-path journeys.
We're looking for a trusted advisor who is comfortable operating in an online startup environment and is ready to help us accelerate our portfolio company's growth. A degree is not a must for this position.

Who We Are Looking For
We need a mentor with deep expertise in sales and user acquisition who is comfortable with the online startup ecosystem. You should be someone who can operate within a comprehensive framework to nurture our startups and contribute in an environment where the output of one stakeholder is the input for others.
Your Experience and Skills:
• You are an expert in sales/ business development and have a track record of acquiring and retaining a passionate user base.
• You are comfortable with remote teams and a fully online working environment.
• To mentor our startup, you should be comfortable using tools like the Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking Canvas, and Value Propositions Canvas.

What We Need from You
This is a part-time role that requires a limited time commitment. Our ideal mentorship relationship would involve:
• Periodic Check-ins: A brief 30-minute call every 4-6 weeks to discuss our sales progress and challenges.
• Ad-Hoc Advice: Being available for a quick question or two over email when a specific roadblock is encountered.
• Strategic Guidance: Providing high-level advice on our business model, sales strategies, and overall growth.
