Are you a hands-on Full-Stack Developer ready to move beyond being an employee and become a founder? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled technical co-founder to lead the product development and own the entire technology stack for our new SaaS platform.
We've completed the market validation and secured early design prototypes for a solution that simplifies Vertical AI Content Optimization. Our goal is to launch a revolutionary, intuitive platform that becomes indispensable to our target users.
This is an opportunity to be the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) from day one, with full technical autonomy and significant equity.
The Opportunity: CTO & Product Architect
You will be the core technical leader, responsible for transforming the product vision into a robust, scalable, and secure application.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
Architecting the Platform: Defining and building the entire technology stack (frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure) for our Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Hands-on Development: Writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code to bring the initial product to market quickly.
Technical Roadmap: Setting the long-term technology strategy, including scaling, performance optimization, and integrating third-party services.
Founding Leadership: Collaborating on all high-level business decisions, fundraising efforts, and product strategy alongside the business founder.
Team Building: Eventually hiring, mentoring, and leading the future engineering team.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Proven Full-Stack Proficiency: Expertise in a modern web stack (e.g., React/Vue/Angular on the front-end; Node.js/Python/Go/Ruby on the back-end; proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
Cloud Infrastructure Experience: Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (DevOps / CI/CD experience is a major plus).
Startup Mindset: You are a resourceful, pragmatic builder who is comfortable with ambiguity, moving quickly, and prioritizing features based on user value.
Commitment to Quality: A passion for writing secure, maintainable code, and a focus on building a high-quality user experience.
Prior SaaS Experience (Preferred): Experience building or working on subscription-based business software.
The Co-founder Deal
This is an equity-first role. We are looking for a true partner, not a contractor.
Significant Equity Stake: A large, negotiated percentage of company equity, vesting over a standard period. This is your primary compensation as we build the company together.
Salary (Post-Funding): Once we secure initial pre-seed or seed funding, an agreed-upon market-rate salary will be immediately implemented.
Full Autonomy: Complete ownership and decision-making power over all technology choices and architecture.
A Clear Vision: A business founder who is handling the market, sales, and operations, allowing you to focus on the product.
